We plan a small number of full-service weddings each year to ensure we prioritize our couples and dedicate all our time to planning your wedding with our highly personal and creative service.  So if you think we would be a great fit together to plan your special day, get in touch with us as soon as you can.

Full Wedding Planning Service

This starts off with a consultation meeting, helping us to understand your ideas and vision and how we will achieve your wedding goals.  Continue reading to understand all that takes place.

Full wedding planning service includes wedding day management, The lead planner, and two wedding day assistants.   This service is charged at 12% of your overall budget at a minimum of £5500.

Our full wedding planning and wedding day management is thoughtfully planned and seamlessly orchestrated.  We handle all the details from the moment you hire us to the day of your big celebration.  We handle everything from budget formulation, offering creative advice, sourcing and booking venue, attending meetings, reviewing contracts, and putting together a Stella team of creative partners.   We will handle guest hotel accommodation by room blocking rooms for out-of-town guests.  With our extensive experience in the wedding and hospitality industry and impeccable attention to detail, rest assured you are in great hands.  we are committed to giving you the ultimate peace of mind.

  • We handle all details for your wedding so you can go about your day-to-day routine without any hesitation.
  • We will assist with anything you need in your bridal suite.
  • We will greet your family and guests arriving for your wedding.
  • We take care of your wedding party; providing snacks and drinks to nibble on before the wedding so they do not go up the aisle with rumbling stomachs.
  • We work collaboratively with all vendors and members of staff of the venue to execute a flawless event.  We will oversee the ceremony setup, reception, and smoothing over last-minute changes, and handle any unforeseen hiccups.
  •  A detailed schedule is distributed to all vendors ahead of time that manages the timing of events, ensuring a smooth process of the day and perfectly planned event.

Wedding Day Management

It starts 8 weeks prior to a month before your wedding when you’ve planned every detail yourself.

Once we are hired we will schedule a meeting to discuss all the details of your wedding, the vendors you have booked, and tie up any loose ends.

We will follow up with a detailed wedding day schedule that is distributed to all vendors, ensuring that everyone is informed of the arrangement ahead of time.

On the morning of the wedding, we will oversee the setup of the ceremony and reception venue.  Assist you with anything you need in the bridal suite.  Roline will be your point of contact on the day.  With her meticulous planning and attention to detail, you are guaranteed a smooth and complete peace of mind on your BIG DAY!

Wedding day management services are charged at a fixed price of £1500.

Destination Wedding

Planning a destination wedding can be daunting and we are here to make your planning journey flawless leaving no details untouched.

We work with couples from all over the UK who want to get married in Italy, France or in the Turks and Caicos Islands.

Are you planning a destination wedding?  Have you always pictured having an intimate beach wedding or an Alfresco upscale wedding overseas?  With many stunning venues and our A-List wedding partners, we will handle all the planning logistics and every detail of the planning process.

From scouting venues, negotiation, contract review to site visits.  We handpick every vendor to suit your wedding style and vision and execute a beautiful wedding you will cherish forever.

We handle all the admin tasks; RSVP management, budget tracking, timeline creation, guest accommodations, and transportation.

Trust that we will take care of everything for you from the moment you hire us until after your wedding day.

Destination wedding planning services are charged at 15% of your overall budget and a minimum fee applies.

Our Process

Our process begins with you.  Every wedding we plan and execute is distinct.

Initial Inquiry

Once you have reached out to us about working together we will ask you a few additional details about your upcoming wedding so we give you a few ideas about which wedding planning service we offer would best suit you.

Consultation Meeting

Fancy coffee, tea, or a glass of bubbly?

Our consultation is very informal and relaxed.  We must get to know you and understand who you are as a couple.  We will get to know you and your partner through private video calls and face-to-face meetings.  This is the fun part where we get to hear all about your wedding vision and inspiration for your wedding, and how we can make that into a reality.

The Proposal, Contract, and Deposit

Following your consultation, we will create a personalized proposal with the scope of service that suits your grand occasion.

Once you have signed and returned the contract and you paid the booking deposit we will set a design meeting to plan and discuss all the creative elements of your wedding (that is floral, decor, tables and chairs, table linens, place setting ) and all the small details that are important to you.

Let the fun begin!  This is where we will start putting together your Dream Team.  We offer a concierge level of service leaving no details untouched.  We will ensure we are creating a heightened guest experience for you, your family, and attendees.

We will be here to support you throughout the whole planning process, through scouting the best venue, guiding you through which vendors would suit you best, keeping you on track with your budget and offering creative advice.  Nothing is too big or small, our goal is to gift you with a perfectly planned wedding.

 All couples work directly with the owner and wedding planner Roline, and a minimum of two wedding day assistants are onsite on the wedding day.

Communication is very important during your planning journey with us.

You will receive monthly check-ins with updates and follow-ups.  We always keep you in mind in every decision we make on your behalf.

A month prior to your wedding day, we offer frequent updates every three days to check in on you and ensure you are doing well and see if there are anything additional you would like us to take care of before your wedding day
